MA Collection - Outfit 1
A space inefficient technique was used for this cape. The initial design included very curvy shoulders as shown in the drawings and toile. The space inefficient technique rendered the shoulders a bit heavy and bulky and the curvy shape could not therefore easily be seen. However, I was ultimately happy with the effect and decided not to labour to produce my original design

A grand coat to exaggerate the big shoulders. Initially, I intended to use trimming but its colour was not bright enough. I therefore decided to use strips and used pieces with different hair direction to create a particular effect.
MA Collection - Outfit 3
The violet dress exaggerates the round beehive-like shoulders. To make the effect even greater, the rest of the shape was kept fitted. At first, I designed the dress using a honeycomb pattern but I later decided against this because it was possible for the shape to be broken and the structure lost in this way. I used bright green leather to create a strong visual image.
MA Collection - Outfit 4
This coat is made of strips. A lozenge-like pattern is displayed as the garment is stretched across the body. I made an inner dress of a contrasting colour because the coat has holes. It took long time because there was lots of time needed for preparing the straps and making them.
