A space inefficient technique was used for this cape. The initial design included very curvy shoulders as shown in the drawings and toile. The space inefficient technique rendered the shoulders a bit heavy and bulky and the curvy shape could not therefore easily be seen. However, I was ultimately happy with the effect and decided not to labour to produce my original design
